Bob’s Four-layer Chocolate

“Oh! Kangaroos, sequins, chocolate sodas!” – Frank O’Hara

Apple Caramel

“The scent of apples: I am drowsing off.” – Robert Frost

Rhubarb Frangipane

“Rhubarb in electromagnetic loops…” – Lyrae Van Clief-Stefanon

almond butter, rhubarb, orange zest, in a double crust

Butterscotch

“cellophane wrappers…shiny as gold” – Natasha Trethewey

Blueberry Lattice

“…and ate ’til his elfin stomach bulged” – The Blueberry Pie Elf

red tart cherries, almond extract, in a double crust

Coconut Cream

Pumpkin Pecan

Key Lime

The tartness and sweetness of the pie filling was SOOO good. The lattice work and the way you crimped the edges of the pie, it is state fair blue-ribbon worthy.
